Atc 12 inch subwoofer. Just wondering if there's an exception to the LUAW rules for helicopters. I was asked by a pilot about helicopters being able to LUAW due to their takeoff abilities even though we have no GC. I work in a twr with no GC so LUAW isnt an option for me. .
