The issue is not with getting multiple monitors to display one image. In Windows 10 you can even have multiple full screen applications . I've been running a single GPU setup with 3x30" monitors since the 5000 series came out and running 7680x1600 is sometimes to hard to push a single GPU. In Windows display manager, you can adjust the height of the monitors, their resolutions and whatnot, that way monitors of different resolutions will still line up with each other.
